Lemongrass prawn paste用上一條檸檬葉串起炸得金黃色既炸蝦餅.蝦餅即叫即炸得黎咬落唔肥膩唔會成口油得黎外層十分脆身而內裏蝦餅十分彈牙又香蝦味,入口啖啖細細即蝦肉.

Pad Thai 同平時係泰式餐廳有點變化.平時既pad thai係蕃茄醬味比較突出帶點酸酸甜甜.呢到相對蕃茄醬味無咁鮮明,取以代之用上金不換.味道香濃帶點泰式辣肉碎既香味之餘同海鮮既味道都幾夾.金邊粉質感爽滑唔會炒到痴埋一舊舊又吸晒醬汁既味道.內餡蝦及魷魚夠晒新鮮,肉質爽彈.加埋必有炸蒜片成個味更香.
