To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當日到金鐘辦事，經過金鐘廊時，巧合地肚仔餓就走入《一風堂》話說通常食拉麵，都配豚肉，難得見金鐘分店限定，且是雞湯拉麵，就立即選擇。Kasane 雞湯豚骨拉麵（軟）這碗增量版的拉麵，吃得我飽呼呼。大量椰菜脆卜卜，又新鮮那只糖心蛋，則咬開一半，慢慢嗒真蛋黃糖心味。少有地肉類是雞肉，但不怎入味，相對淡味略為遜色至於拉麵底是軟身的，是我自己的心水，配上洋蔥粒、蒜粒和蔥粒食用，口感什佳雞湯味不算濃，普通的淡味，仍有進步空間。
