To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

校長燒肉應該係觀塘比較特別嘅放題餐廳。首先佢收費便宜，但係可以食嘅嘢一啲都唔少。火鍋、燒肉、熟食，甚至可以加錢食刺身同泡花茶，淨係menu都有排睇。表面上非常抵。但另一方面佢好多嘢都做得麻麻，地下好跣，好多嘢食嘅水準一般，最誇張係火鍋，要自己出去沖個湯返嚟…正當我要俾個佢，又發現佢啲嘢食真係多到誇張，打邊爐同燒嘅配料加埋3 40種，而且好多熟食都啱小朋友食，唔怕燒緊嘢嗰陣冇嘢食。再加上飲品同甜品嘅數量都唔少(質素就普普通通啦)，overall都係ok嘅。

佢，又發現佢啲嘢食真係多到誇張，打邊爐同燒嘅配料加埋3 40種，而且好多熟食都啱小朋友食，唔怕燒緊嘢嗰陣冇嘢食。再加上飲品同甜品嘅數量都唔少(質素就普普通通啦)，overall都係ok嘅。
