To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還記得上一次來屯門黃金海岸嘅粵,已經係五年前嘅事,那餐晚飯驚喜不斷,吃得非常高興,什麼格蘭焗釀鮮蟹蓋、雲海麒麟星斑卷和鳯躍天仙,樣樣都係有姿勢有實際,係當年吃過一餐不錯的一個經驗。五年來,來過黃金海岸幾次,但都未有機會食番粤,今晚終於有朋友提議嚟呢度食飯,一於同埋老婆過來吃晚飯。事先沒有特別提議過食乜嘢menu,又冇話特別想食番嗰陣嘅菜式,相反,就叫師傅提議下有乜嘢新菜式可以食,同五年前排場不同,不過今晚驚喜更加大。席上有朋友有值得慶祝嘅事,先飲杯再祝大家身體健康。先上場嘅係香糟鮑片伴海蜇頭,鮑片好爽,雖然唔係好大隻嘅品種但係配上香糟,味道獨特,同海蜇頭嘅爽相映成趣,最重要夠凍,最適合而家大熱天時食。鍋貼大蝦多士伴鮮果,蝦多士的品質同做得好出色嘅港大同學會最高峰時期有過之而無不及,加上那些甜到不行的鮮果,又係令人回味,再加啲秘製嘅汁,好開胃。然後是燒味的時間,鵝肝片皮乳豬件加蜜汁叉燒,從來冇諗過鵝肝襯乳豬係會咁夾,加埋個米通,個皮脆到落地有聲,好特別。蜜汁叉燒平日吃得太過多,精彩的比比皆是,今日呢個相對水準正常。飲一口鮮松茸鮑魚燉雞湯,固中鮮甜甜在心,松茸鮑魚燉雞,勁多料,吃料都吃不停

先上場嘅係香糟鮑片伴海蜇頭,鮑片好爽,雖然唔係好大隻嘅品種但係配上香糟,味道獨特,同海蜇頭嘅爽相映成趣,最重要夠凍,最適合而家大熱天時食。

碧綠帶子,雖然用油泡,不過都可以解火方嘅輕微油份,隨帶子附送嘅蔬菜,鮮甜得來時間又正好。

個人私心都幾喜歡呢個陳皮韭菜生煎雞,聽朋友說上次食呢個菜式嘅時候陳皮味非常出眾,今日反而唔夠勁,韭菜生煎雞味道當然出眾,不過如果陳皮味強多一點嘅話應該整體會好好多。

金湯西紅柿燴上素,又係另一個夏日傾情嘅菜式,平時食菜來來去去都係果幾樣,但呢個配搭就非常新鮮 ,整個西紅柿甜到食糖咁,加上了入面嘅菇和菜類,再飲淡湯,好refreshing,直頭冇諗過會咁好食,絕對是一個大驚喜。

單尾絕對係點題作,雲南石窩風味過橋米線,之前係嗰個人嘅社交平台post相後,好多人即刻問喺邊度,排場咁大嘅米線應該好少見,可以比較係長沙灣嘅雲南風味人家,但當然嗰種排場同呢個係兩回事,我也不說什麼過橋米線嘅前世今生了,但呢度係你面前用石鍋加上煲熱嘅湯,加上十五種不同配菜(多到我都費事寫),即整即食熱辣辣最好。

唯一一個缺點,我會覺得可以有少少炸醬辣辣地會惹味啲,希望下次黎會有辣度可以選擇。

甜品當晚吃的有南安子燉桃膠,玫瑰火腿酥餅和香芒凍布甸,特別係南安子燉桃膠貴氣逼人,女士最適宜吃。

呢個酒店食米線嘅經驗,不錯,咁新鮮絕對要試,不過暫時都只得兩人一齊先可以黎到,要記住啦。
