呢度D靚粥街知巷聞,之前已經慕名黎食過,不過原來粥以外其他出品質素亦相當唔錯,今晚呢餐甚有驚喜……外皮炸到金黃色既乳鴿,睇見已經令人想要流口水,大家急不及待伸手去試。一啖咬落去,外皮好香好酥脆,入面肉質甘香嫩滑又富肉汁,回味悠長,連手指都吮埋。呢個炸魷魚鬚亦可以話好食到停唔到口,炸到熱辣辣,超級香脆可口,口感外層酥脆,內裡柔韌鮮嫩,絕對係佐酒既好拍檔。蒜蓉炒菜心呢道家常菜我諗好多人都成日喺屋企食到,不過就唔係次次都咁好味,好睇阿媽買唔買到靚菜~而呢度既菜心好嫩,味道清甜,口感爽脆,營養豐富,再加埋爆香後既蒜蓉,簡單好滋味!蒜蓉炒螺肉係一道重口味既料理,搭配大量的蒜、蔥、椒,香氣逼人!螺肉香口惹味又鮮美,脆脆口感,好有嚼勁,令人一食就上癮,又係同啤酒好夾,好快就已經成碟空晒!齋腸製作好似簡單但又好考功夫,幾可食到真係好好味既?一係太厚一係太薄一係太粉,完全唔係望落去咁簡單架!所以要讚下呢度整得幾有水準,點少少豉油,味道同口感都令人滿意。
