天氣炎熱影響胃口,今晚得兩人開飯,我提議到新店鋪「一品南記」吃粥麵晚餐。四款小食:家人的至愛炸雲吞,雲吞饀的鮮蝦與豬肉是黃金比例,雲吞皮炸得金黃酥脆,再蘸少許甜酸汁,完全沒有油膩感。我的至愛酥炸鯪魚球,很豐厚的鮮甜味道,口感爽滑,與鹹香蜆介醬齊吃是絶配,吃得很開懷。牛肉腸粉和炸兩,腸粉口感柔嫩有彈性。家人的柱侯牛腩湯麵,有筋腩湯麵售$38是物有所值。我的生滾及第粥,先嘗多款小食,現在嘗粥温度變得剛剛好,淺嘗嫩滑豬潤、爽脆豬肚、鮮味豬肉丸感覺很滿足,粥底很綿密,好吃的。
