To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日揪咗幾個好友去嗌餐飲茶,嚟到八月花,環境嘅開揚真係幫到分🏙️!心思思想知道佢哋啲點心係咪真係掂爆!一推出鵝肝蟹子脆春卷,外皮咬落好有聲,裏頭充滿鵝肝同蟹子,個口感真係咁滑咁香😋,簡直係嚐鮮一流!跟住來個一口鮑魚撻,鮑魚食落去鮮甜,配合埋啲酥脆撻皮,簡直係一個perfect match!再試咗份脆皮麻辣燒賣,夾雜麻香辣味嘅燒賣,同傳統款好唔同,食落去真係可以叫做口齒留香🌶️。而家講到鮑汁炆鳳爪,汁濃味美,啖啖肉嘅鳳爪Q彈得嚟,絲毫唔會過爛,整體食起嚟好過癮!特別鍾意個黑松露冬菇包,唔單止香菇味好足,黑松露嘅香氣都夠晒閃,每啖都食得到幸福嘅感覺~最後,柚子煎堆同菠蘿芭菲嘅配合,真係點晒錢!煎堆外脆入面泥,少少嘅柚子香解膩,帶酸嘅菠蘿芭菲清新提味,絕對喺食完飯後嘅最好Ending!整體感覺,由頭食到尾,每樣小食都保持住水準,八月花啲點心真係夠晒力,下次仲要再嚟挑戰其他款呢!🥢👍🏼
