媽咪生日想搵一間又高級又好食嘅中菜同佢慶祝,就提早左幾日電話預約左一張枱同佢食晚餐。Reserve 六點半,前台同事好有禮貌咁安排左我哋入座。雖然係復活節假期,但係全場都唔係有太多枱食客,成個環境同氣氛好安靜好舒適。我哋睇咗個餐牌之後決定今次唔返嗌叫佢一個300幾蚊一位嘅套餐,因為入邊嘅所有餸菜都係鷹巢比較出名嘅菜式。第一味上菜嘅係佢哋金牌叉燒王,雖然份量唔多但係其實每舊叉燒都好厚身。每舊叉燒入口都好林,而且佢哋煮得好好唔會有一陣蘇嘅豬味。每食一啖入口之前我都會點一點蜜汁,令到每一啖嘅叉燒都有一陣香甜嘅肉味。之後上嘅第二道菜就係佢哋好出名嘅鴛鴦大蝦球,上菜嘅時候佢好詳細同我地解釋綠色係用菠菜汁來煮,令一邊有少少琥珀合桃同埋沙律醬去煮,味道會比較濃。所以佢哋會建議我哋先食菠菜汁嗰邊。咩都方便我覺得用菠菜處嗰邊的確唔夠令一款好食。但係佢哋嘅蝦好新鮮,入口好實淨。配埋跟帖嘅小小葱一齊食,回味無窮。之後好想嘅係我認為今餐最正嘅萬壽果海中寶。一上枱已經覺得好用心去做,入面嘅用了更加唔使講。有蟹肉,鮮蝦,帶子等等嘅海鮮去燉,個湯一飲入口非常清新,有好濃嘅萬壽果味。但係又唔會好甜變咗好似糖水咁。飲完

之後好想嘅係我認為今餐最正嘅萬壽果海中寶。一上枱已經覺得好用心去做,入面嘅用了更加唔使講。有蟹肉,鮮蝦,帶子等等嘅海鮮去燉,個湯一飲入口非常清新,有好濃嘅萬壽果味。但係又唔會好甜變咗好似糖水咁。飲完個湯在刮埋啲萬壽果肉食,真係超甜!飲完一個真係想再叫多一個。

之後落嚟食嘅就係汁燒牛勒條,牛肉我都真係食唔少,但係呢味牛真係好香牛肉味。佢哋係用牛肋骨去骨整成嘅,個牛肉汁好濃味完全係精華,牛勒條亦都炆得好林。好值得推介!

再之後嘅係一個魚湯泡飯。用料都好正架,都有蝦炸脆咗嘅鹹魚。爸爸就認為個魚湯有啲腥,不過其實係佢本人比較怕魚腥味,我就覺得非常好味啦。再加埋炸脆咗嘅米加喺湯飯道。林飯加脆飯簡直係雙重口感。好過癮

服務員好好一見到我哋食完野都會即刻幫我地收碟換碟。最後落嚟上嘅係一個咸點同埋一個即場整嘅楊枝甘露雪芭。

呢個杏香荔蓉綠豆酥上枱嘅時候唔會太熱所以可以即刻入口。而且佢真係渣到一啲油都冇架!咬開咗就見到入邊有一層芋頭蓉包住最入邊嘅綠豆蓉。食落口係甜甜地嘅,正!

而最吸睛嘅就一定係最尾嘅呢個即做甜品啦。服務員同我地整嘅時候吸引晒全場嘅目光,因為製作嘅方法實在太特別啦。佢哋係用楊枝甘露倒入一個器皿再加入液態氮人手整嘅。其實即係分子雪糕囉
不過佢哋係用人手攪嘅真係好有心。味道就冇乜特別,不過就係食佢嘅烹調方法。

本身偷偷地買咗蛋糕俾媽媽,不過佢哋收成$150切餅費,所以我只係叫佢哋幫手雪就算啦。最後埋單每人四百零蚊其實我覺得真係抵個食自助餐架。
