To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. XO仔讀得書少,成績仲要係油麻地嗰隻,一聽到「Dim Sum Library」個名,腦海只浮現出「點心圖書館」,一心諗住食店本餐牌應該會喺本又厚又多靚相o既圖冊。食後方才發現餐店用上不少國際食材,如黑松露海膽、和牛、黑豚、朱古力等,獨創出一系列新派精品點心,店名似乎係有「點心珍藏館」之意
。「Dim Sum Library」環境開揚新潮,點心菜式大多美味有特色,埋單時發現原來新店屬「Aqua集團」旗下,唔怪得知各方面都流露出潮意,服務生亦訓練有素。
