To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小編依日喺葵涌區做嘢，中間lunch break去咗KCC搵嘢食，搵素嚟食！🌱 🍽 手工海南雞飯 😋😋😋😋依個手工海南雞係幾可亂真，尤其係塊雞皮！😲 雞皮少少煙韌，口感好像真，而雞肉就係腐皮，冇明顯調味～ 主要靠自己貼附上嘅三款醬料：薑蓉、豉油同甜醬～ 薑蓉好出色，撈飯特別正！👍🏻 飯量超過一碗，面頭應該係椰子乾碎碎🥥，食到有椰香味！仲有沙津做配菜🥗 而素菜菇湯食落好清甜！ 🍵 檸檬綠茶 (熱) 😋😋😋😋檸檬🍋綠茶飲落好清爽，一啲都唔澀！午餐 💵💵 約港幣$80/人💁🏻‍♀️ 葵涌區有唔少工商打工仔，一到放lunch時間，就有唔少人出入KCC。素食餐廳位於8樓，都有唔少打工仔常客嚟幫襯，大家想每個星期都搵一日食素嘅話，依間係唔錯嘅選擇！而且唔使加一！😉🙆🏻‍♀️ 最後，喜歡嘅話，歡迎follow @foodirectory.hk！
