To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是夜湯羹是份量十足的蟹肉冬茸瑤柱羹,湯羹擁有濃濃鹹香鮮味的絲絲瑤柱,另外更有梳梳鮮甜的蟹肉在內,那口鮮味彷如跳進了海洋般濃郁耶!!

鮮氣擋不住接力的是龍蝦湯燴大蝦,以手掌般長的越南大虎蝦入饌鮮味彈牙是必然的!配上濃稠的龍蝦湯簡直令我如沐春風般和暖舒暢!還有大廚巧妙地用炸薑絲伴碟令嗅覺同樣得到享受,那份貼心值得讚賞喔!!

惹味過後來一客清甜的紫蕃薯浸菜芯,光是那粉紫色調已教我這個紫色控傾情不已!紫蕃薯粒吃下粉淋香甜而不糊,配嫩口的菜遠真是妙絕的組合令我欣賞不已!

不過這客牛奶多士才最為驚豔!外脆內軟的金黃多士吃下一點也不鎅口,配上沒炸漿的香滑牛奶和可愛的爆炸糖,新舊共融美觀又美味十分精彩!就這樣子嘴巴便過了精彩的一夜,下次要再來試Benson師傅的其它美味菜式先得!
