To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚來到尖東帝苑酒店地庫的「東來順」。正值鰣魚與河鰻等河鮮當造,我們也就趁這好機會一嚐數款時令限定菜式。「東來順」的前菜一向出色。我們先選來多款招牌前菜,包括「芥末羊肉」、「米椒小木耳」、「五香鴨舌」和「椒油香烏筍」等(各款定價約由$108至$128)。其中我的心水推介,就是茶燻香誘人的軟嫩「龍井煙燻蛋」($40/隻)。以及「花雕醉乳鴿」($198)。鴿肉酒香入味而又不會過濃,相對平衡。「滬式蒸鰣魚」($1280)以黃酒、酒釀、臘鴨胸片和筍片一起蒸。鰣魚多骨,吃的時候要注意。怕吃骨的我小心淺嚐,魚肉真的甜又鮮嫩,難怪大家都大讚美味。接著就是河鰻菜式,大家分別選了以煙燻、宮保及剁椒3種不同烹調方式的河鰻,大快朵頤!3款我都很喜歡,尤其「煙燻河鰻」($398),一上枱那飄逸賣相已經引得大家要相機食先。河鰻以龍井茶煙燻過後茶燻香突出,味道層次更豐富。肉質彈牙,油脂甘香相當肥美。「宮保河鰻」($398),河鰻片爆香微辣,十分惹味。河鰻旁的配料宮保腰果和宮保粟米粒,更是滋味得讓我吃不停口。如果可以這些宮保腰果和宮保粟米粒設有外賣,我一定會第一時間訂幾包回家做snack 而「剁椒河鰻」($398)
