To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

精彩的印度菜

今晚吃了一餐精彩的印度菜。第一度是送的胡椒脆薄餅，胡椒味好香，點埋綠色的汁好好味。呢個烤魚最有驚喜，上Openrice睇返個英文名叫做Tawa Grilled Fish，雖然係燒烤但係唔會燒到乾爭爭，仲有佢D香料好好味。呢碟係Butter Chicken，佢個汁主要以番茄為主，落咗好多款印度香料，所以個味道好有層次感。佢個咖哩羊肉唔係好辣，不過咖哩好香，呢間野D菜式都係以香料取勝，真係幾好食。食印度野當然唔少得印度烤餅同手抓餅啦，用黎點Curry Lamb同Butter Chicken真係無得輸。雖然係印度餐，不過我地飲咗德國麥啤，味道唔錯，麥味夠香。
