To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不嬲都係漁吧的熟客，因為，工作地點轉換左，近排沒有去…今次係好友誠邀，重臨舊地，發覺食物新鮮，品質好，應該係超水準的….餐廳的環境，似處身於泰國，很leisure ，很relax ….頭盤： 燒鷄腿，炸蝦，素菇，外觀靚，size 小巧，味道好生𧐢品種多，款式多，有creamy，有juicy，有海水味，有爽口的，全部都夠肥美嘅，雖然價錢不算平，但有品質保證，食得安心又放心！再encore 生𧐢，很有滿足感⋯⋯Signature dish - 蚧餅，真材實料，外皮很香脆，餡係足料的蚧肉！絕不欺場呀！另外一款招牌菜式 - 白酒煮青口，New Zealand 產地的青口，size很巨大，肉質很鮮甜味美，用餐廳奉上的自制豬仔包點鍋內的白汁來吃，簡直係人間極品啊！波士頓龍蝦意粉，喜出望外的美味…👍👍👍很精彩的一餐生日飯，值得再去！
