輝今日夜晚同朋友嚟到位於銅鑼灣嘅餐廳,餐廳最加日本料理,有多款日式小食、煮食、壽司可以選擇。餐廳非常大,所以坐落好闊落,好舒服,環境好好。海參首先我哋食咗海參刺身,海參刺身洗得好乾淨,完全冇異味。海參食落帶點彈牙,非常新鮮好味。真鯛真鯛刺身厚薄適中,食落好鮮甜好新鮮。肉質鮮美,再帶著細膩的油脂,肉質彈性十足。特色鰻魚卷鰻魚卷外層有啲芝麻,食落更香口。而材料有海鲜沙律加鳗魚。海鲜沙律好fresh,鳗魚就煎得好香,魚肉好滑,醬汁甜甜地。鲷魚湯海鮮鍋海鮮鍋材料好豐富,有帶子、蟹、虾、生蟓、鯛魚、金菇同娃娃菜。因為好多海鮮嘅關係,堂頭好鮮甜。我最鍾意帶子同蟹,帶子好厚肉,蟹就好鮮甜。簡單嘅湯底可凸顯出海鮮的美味。松葉蟹肉海老卷壽司上面舖上松葉蟹,好鮮味有啲海水味。另外仲有蟹子,增加口感。

真鯛
