精緻中菜@銅鑼灣上海菜嘅涼菜眾多,我至愛係醉雞。呢個杞子花雕醉雞嘅花雕酒香四溢,滲透到每一件雞呀,雞肉都好滑嫩,水準好好 而且杞子鋪排到花形,令賣相更精緻!芙蓉三鮮個名充滿詩意,其實係包含海鮮嘅炒蛋白嚟。三鮮就係蝦仁、帶子同鮑片,份量豐富,蛋白既嫩又吸收咗三鮮嘅鮮味~京燒羊係傳統京菜,而家以新派嘅樣子呈上,唯一不變嘅就係外脆肉軟嗰股經典味道。鍾意羊肉嘅人必試!黃金蝦球包咗層鹹蛋,所以先金黃色嘅外表,鹹蛋固然惹味鹹香,但值得一讚係蝦球無被蓋過,仍然鮮甜爽滑彈牙小籠包係必食 item,呢個日喜灌湯小籠包真係好多湯,成隻好飽滿咁半隻香酥鴨價錢唔貴,鴨肉入味,配咗幾個荷葉夾(就係蒸籠裏嗰幾個似包嘅東西)可以將鴨肉包起食。甜品係可愛嘅南瓜造型,不過內裏犯紫薯餡,所以甜品名稱就叫「吾是南瓜」,哈哈~ 紫薯甜而不膩,都唔錯。
