難得約到一班好友聚舊,緊係要食下啲好野,我有個尖沙咀做野既fd就提議不如去呢間北京菜館,因為成日經過都冇機會去試下,我地咁為食當然樂意奉陪。我地星期三八點去到都坐滿哂人,但空間夠大完全唔覺得迫,仲有維港夜景睇,環境景觀絕對一流。我地一坐低店員就送上一壺茶,等我地可以慢慢歎住咁揀野食。我地一黎先叫左個鎮店烤鴨(其實book臺果陣就已經即刻預訂左),加埋店員推介既脆皮豬手同埋水煮魚,之後我地再另外叫多左幾個小菜。烤鴨好快就送到,睇黎真係鎮店之寶,每臺差唔多都有一隻,而且數量都準備左不少所以預訂左坐低即有。烤鴨黎到先有師父表演即席片皮,仲有分唔同既部位同厚度,之後店員解說點樣食係最好食。我地都係宜家先知原本食片皮鴨可以食得咁講究,每個部位有唔同食法。先食鴨胸皮,超級脆,好似食緊乳豬皮咁,而且更鬆化同香,配埋專用爆炸糖真係脆上加脆,口感一流。鴨胸肉就傳統方法食,用餅皮包住肉配京葱同青瓜,冇得頂!鴨腿肉就用新派方法配山楂條同紫洋葱卷住食,好似食緊甜品咁。之後黎既避風塘脆皮豬手一樣比到驚喜。平時食緊豬手一係太肥一係好柴,有時仲會過咸,但呢個唔單止皮脆,入面仲好滑同入味,脂肪同肉既比例岩岩好,加埋避

再黎四川水煮魚,我地揀左桂花魚,肉質唔錯,鮮美嫩滑,個湯底少許麻辣,加埋萵筍粉皮芽菜等配菜,辣得過足癮
。如果驚太辣可以叫少辣。


小菜方面我地叫左個金銀蛋浸萵筍清清肚皮,仲有桂花馬蹄同埋麻辣海蜇頭,味道都唔錯。要再推薦係張氏獅子頭,雖然份量較小(每位計),但獅子頭非常入味,濃而不膩,配埋小小碗白飯岩岩好。


最後我地食埋個北京甜品驢打滾,豆白餡甜,結束左呢晚完美既一餐
