Gaylord五十周年慶典嘅Tasting Menu,真係夠晒氣派!個Menu設計精美,睇落好有儀式感咁,價錢$448一位加一,食材同配酒都幾講究。首先,個Amuse Bouche嘅Pani Poori,其實就係印度街頭小食,個皮脆卜卜,入面嘅餡料酸酸甜甜,幾開胃!跟住啲Appetizer,個Malabar Crab Taco,蟹肉好鮮甜,個Roti餅夠軟熟,配埋香料,味道幾層次。Chicken Tikka醃得幾入味,肉質都算嫩滑。Main Course就係重頭戲啦!個Kadai Prawns,隻蝦好大隻,肉質彈牙,個醬汁香辣惹味,夠晒鑊氣!Truffle Butter Chicken,個雞肉好滑溜, truffle味好突出,但係又唔會蓋過雞肉本身嘅鮮味,配埋個黑松露汁,幾香。Dal Makhani就係黑豆同紅腰豆煮成嘅,口感綿密,味道香濃,好啱撈飯!配菜方面,Garlic Naan夠晒鬆軟,Saffron Basmati Pulao Rice粒粒分明,有陣陣嘅藏紅花香,Pineapple Raita就酸酸甜甜,幾解膩。最後嘅Dessert係Gajar Halwa,即係紅蘿蔔甜品,甜而
