今午約了朋友在灣仔交收文件，順道聯誼。忽然想起附近有Odelice 餐廳，是年幾前曾在將軍澳Popcorn內幫襯過，食物質素唔錯；都有好感。特別是佢哋嘅Gallete是餐廳signature，頗為特別和健康。於是帶友人品嘗一下。Daily soup lunch雜菜蛋花湯茨太多，故口感一般。Tuna Carpaccio 吞拿魚肉質柔軟呈粉紅色，外層佈滿黑椒粒味道帶些微辣;。以橙肉粒和蕃茄仔陪襯十分搶眼，再配上橄欖油和檸檬汁甜甜酸酸，清新又開胃。Gallete(Mixed seafood)以簥麥做簿餅食得更健康。與pizza 質感不同，看似軟綿綿但口感帶有煙韌。海鮮豐富如帶子、魷魚圈和蝦等皆鮮甜彈牙，一D都唔韌;混入creamy蒜香忌廉汁惹味非常，令味道增加不少。Lunch Bistro (Cod fillet)鱈魚肉質雖然唔滑，但食落都唔覺鞋口。香煎後外皮脆脆提升口感。蘋果、青瓜和西芹皆健康食料，用來做飲品清新又健康。Honey Lemon Mint Iced Tea
