今次話明食日本料理,當然唔係平時嘅 壽司 ,手捲,由正門入去,就知道E一間餐廳非常精緻,基附同去左日本冇分別。明太子薯蓉沙律:明太子未好濃厚,帶少少辣,配埋即磨薯蓉 ,口感非常之滑,薯仔味亦都非常之重,呢個配合做E一個沙律係非常出色。深海池魚薄切,胡孟青魚刺身:基本上對我嚟講刺身新鮮就是王道,今次都唔會例外,仲要係兩隻魚都好鮮甜,喺口腔 野甜美仲喺度滾呀滾, 第一次食呢兩隻魚感覺好新鮮。赤雞香味燒:日本雞系第一次食,雞味比大陸重要重,外面皮燒到脆一脆, 內裏肉質亦都好嫩滑, 就算雞胸都會鞋。黑松露烏冬:烏冬非常煙韌,我食得出係稻庭烏冬,加上好濃味嘅黑松露醬,雖然罪惡感非常之多,但係呢啲越食越滋味。最後當然唔少得一杯日本綠茶雪糕做一個結尾。
