To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日差不多倒數在上環日子,同事編日子今天午餐為“大班樓”。我們大約1點鐘10人去到樓上,待應服務態度好到幫我地卷傘再給我們,上去到叫茶,坐得都舒服同靜。今次沒有散叫,最後每人自各叫了一個行政午餐4道菜和一個粥或飯選擇($218),雞油花雕蒸花蟹配陳村粉要再加5百多元,所以只有一個同事加了試下。廚房制作需時,我們最後2點半才離開。 因為自人叫的食品不同,都努力地影同試食!~總結是自本人和同事講出,大家都覺是好味同比心目中大份,以這個價錢食到這質素都合理價。 九層塔甜醋醃小番茄配香芧甜梨:白色配紅色一上桌已經很漂亮。有淡淡的桂花味道,梨配合桂花更加甜同香。 大班樓子薑皮蛋:流心皮蛋加子薑,一般沒有什麼特別,只覺皮蛋不是普通貨式。 是日老火湯:燉得好熱上桌,好味,清之餘飲到有竹絲雞香味!~ 龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿半隻:這個已經是3個餐分量,比較細隻,煙燻味重,因為乳鴿太細,食不到很多肉。 椒鹽鮮魷:炸得很脆口,但魚魷偏細條。底部為脆脆,所以份量不多。 時菜頭抽炒和牛:菜心翠綠同脆口,和牛肉味濃。 十八味鼓油雞:只覺一般,沒特別。 薑䓤粉絲蝦煲:蝦夠大隻,粉絲入味。 雞油花雕蒸花蟹配陳村粉:花雕味濃
