To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人實在不知道九龍海逸君綽酒店有這麽出色的蛋糕出售，真是孤陋寡聞。親戚買來一個四磅的蛋糕慶祝生日，賣相相當漂亮，而且味道什佳，絶對另人難忘。簡單設計的紙盒各款不同顏色的雜果，栗子，朱古力和少許食用金萡構成一件精緻的藝術品。説實話，實在不捨得把它切開。除了漂亮的外表，當然亦有豐富的內涵。內裏是三層的海綿蛋糕夾著栗子容，甜甜細滑，還配上了一塊塗了桑苺果醬的餅底，少少的酸味刺激了味蕾，更覺蛋糕甜而不膩。有點美中不足是除蛋糕送上的爉燭，只有一枝小小的平凡的款式，下次記得要自備了。
