同朋友去食廚師發辦~ 精緻又好味首先上嚟嘅前菜係冰頭漬,三文魚嘅鼻骨鮮甜!好特別!海膽玉子同魚籽都好正咸香濃郁,好滋味。另外個紅酒蕃茄就為呢個開胃小菜帶嚟點酸甜,中正漂亮。緊接着就係一系列嘅刺身。個帶子好大隻粒粒肥美,鮮美嘅間白真係好正。個油金魚油噴香入味,加埋個鮮香濃郁嘅牡丹蝦,真係一流!個拖羅超肥美!加埋清爽嘅Wasabi同紫蘇葉正好平衡了呢種濃烈嘅味道。咬落嘅一刻充滿層次,極之滿足!之內蠔係岩手縣既蠔,配埋酸汁啫喱同紅蘿蔔蓉,非常之美味!墨魚汁蒸蛋呢道則把日式嘅清淡簡約推向另一個高峰。蛋嘅鮮嫩配埋墨魚汁嘅濃郁鹹香,簡直絕配。滑蛋中有點酸酸好好味!之後嘅金鯛、劍魚同間白魚,三種魚類各有特色,每一件都做到極好!金鯛嘅肥美配合劍魚同間白魚嘅爽滑!簡直係無可挑剔!最後必食嘅油甘魚三星漬,魚肉鮮甜入味,金目鯛上面炸過嘅魚鱗香脆,帶來層次感。深海池魚更是盛世珍饈!最後加埋北海道松浦水產嘅海膽,非常豐富嘅口感!海膽鵝肝一流!最後黎個牛角包窩夫雪糕正正就作為整個晚餐嘅總結,既清新甜美,又滋味豐富,簡直完美收尾。
