今晚去了位於大坑social house 西餐廳吃飯,裝潢幾寬敞舒適,大大玻璃窗,空間感十足,氣氛幾有情調,適合飲吓紅酒。我點了個沙律,有合桃芝士無花果,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃!香草蕃茄意大利包,包裹著蕃茄乾,蕃茄的鮮味濃郁,帶少許的香草味道,可以配上橄欖油及黑醋。新菜式八爪魚觸鬚也讓我驚艷,經過炭燒處理,帶有濃郁的炭燒味,處理得非常妥善,觸鬚的口感柔軟,帶點孜然粉的香料讓整體味道更加豐富,加上旁邊的辣粉和粗鹽,提升了整體的鮮味。辣肉腸轉煮白貝也不錯,白貝肉質鮮嫩,伴隨著紫洋蔥和香濃湯汁,口感豐富,令人回味無窮。燒乳豬的皮烤得非常香脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,搭配自家製的甜酸汁,大大減低了肥膩感,吃得更加開心。最後,我叫了煙鴨胸肉蘑菇秀珍菇芝士意粉,滿滿的芝士,口感豐富,並且搭配上香濃的白汁,讓它的口感有點像卡邦尼意粉,一定要趁熱享用。一家非常值得推薦的西餐廳,食物都非常精緻,服務也很周到!
