To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚收工同同事去左k11musea買野，買完野順便食埋飯，同事擇左呢間新加坡菜😍之前我都食過海南雞飯真係好好味😋😋。今次唔食海南雞，食下其他種類😇「咖哩豬助骨煲配香飯及香脆薄餅 $132」睇餐牌張相好似好吸引，黎到都真係好得👍🏼咖哩好香濃，椰汁味重，豬助骨超入味又淋身，香脆薄餅脆卜卜好crispy，配呢個咖喱真係好正。。同事叫左「白胡椒肉骨茶配麵線 $122」呢個清清地既肉骨茶好特別，平時啲肉骨茶黑色好濃咁，呢個用左白胡椒煮，少少辣辣地又香，帶出肉骨既鮮味👍🏼。。黎呢度必點「特色咸蛋雞翼 4隻 $70」超好食！唔會覺得好膩咁，仲要大大隻！最後整杯「青檸梳打 $38」爽晒😛😛
