如果不是朋友介紹,自己都好少留意到原來SOGO 高層有餐廳~即使不是SOGO Club會員也可以進入。餐廳以木系及大地色系裝潢為主,簡潔明亮,最重要是坐得舒服,主打精緻的日式西餐。燒乳豬脾配蜜糖芥末籽汁這是限量供應的菜式。乳豬脾外皮燒得十分脆口,邊位更帶點焦香。而肉質保持嫩滑,富豬味,十分高質!建議要趁熱吃,否則冷了的話,外皮反而會變韌。另外,蜜糖芥末有點睛作用,配搭得很好!紅蝦膏鮮蝦意粉大蝦肉爽味甜,而意粉混有香郁的蝦膏味,煮得夠彈牙,值得一試。唯整碟的份量略嫌較少。玫瑰樂園果茶果茶以壺上,有蠟燭一路加熱。清淡的玫瑰花味混合雜果的酸甜味,頗開胃。餐牌-----
