To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於試左出名既「慢煮屋」,難得唔使排,可以坐最後一張吉檯(不過後一兩檯既客就開始要排了)!QR Code 落單都方便,兩杯野飲到先,顏色靚,併埋一齊有少女心💕野飲入面有啫喱,再好味左!野食方面,叫左個1)慢煮雞髀芝士爆丼雞髀同芝士既味唔算夾,雞肉略為淡味,都可接受既 2)慢煮三文魚牛油果丼,天氣熱轉左食蕎麥麵 兩個set 都有飯半熟蛋,涼涼地,正!小食方面,再加左個炸餃子、芝士燒手羽(雞翼) 餃子好味! 都juicy , 整體都唔錯👍🏻

雞髀同芝士既味唔算夾,雞肉略為淡味,都可接受既
2)慢煮三文魚牛油果丼,天氣熱轉左食蕎麥麵

兩個set 都有飯半熟蛋,涼涼地,正!

小食方面,再加左個炸餃子、芝士燒手羽(雞翼)
餃子好味! 都juicy , 整體都唔錯👍🏻
