好客的侍應小伙告訴我們,餐廳老闆也是wine supplier,到處發掘波爾多以外的靚酒,餐廳的wine list 主要南法酒為主。小伙又特地讓我們淺嚐了來自意大利、body較厚且帶朱古力餘韻的紅酒,下次就試配餐廳的另一招牌菜,用上12個月comte cheese 弄的mac n' cheese, 期待再來一趟味蕾遊記。
