如果是二至四人用餐的話,點半隻片皮鴨份量應該已經足夠,片皮鴨的擺盤非常正是,上一層是皮,至於其他受用則放於碟底,醬料以及配菜亦有提供,不過唯一美中不足的是,用來包裹片皮鴨的粉皮有點厚

For a dining party of two to four, ordering half a Peking duck should suffice. The presentation of the Peking duck is impeccable, with the crispy skin placed on top and the meat served on a platter. Accompaniments and sauces are provided, but the only drawback is that the pancake used to wrap the duck is slightly thick.
