To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拆禮物日,和朋友到Elements午餐,我們選擇了這家餐廳並預先訂座,我們二人獲安排一張4人卡座,十分寛闊。餐廳環境寧靜,座位距離不算近,令人感到舒適。午餐選擇約有十款,以定食為主,大部分$200內已有交易,我點了銀鱈魚西京燒定食。侍應先送來前菜和沙律,整齊地擺放在餐桌上,墊枱紙和餐具很有日式風格,構成了一幅美麗的圖畫。前菜是冷茄子,多汁清甜。沙律有車厘茄、生菜和粟米,配了果醋,最簡單的做法,清新開胃。等了一會,面豉湯和主菜都送來了。面豉湯溫度高,輕煙向上升起,味道不算鹹,有一點點的菇粒。主菜的銀鱈魚西京燒很大件,燒得呈金黃色,外皮香脆。銀鱈魚味道甜美,肉質鮮嫰可口。食物質素高,而服務及環境亦令人滿意。
