To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日終於試到呢一間長龍車仔麵店，整體都真係唔錯，唔怪之得咁多人排隊啦。第一次幫襯都唔知揀乜嘢好，於是簡單直接就叫咗個10餸餐，等佢幫我揀埋唔洗煩。以下是詳情：蘿蔔雖然最唔起眼嘅嘢竟然係最好食，真係做到糖心兼無渣。豬皮爽脆彈牙夠新鮮無豬臭味。豬腩肉d肥嘅脂肪位都保持彈性唔會成pat肥膏咁樣，夠入味。豬大腸洗得好乾淨，保留到豬腸嘅原味而又洗走晒d無臭味。鹵水雞中翼還可以，再入味d會更好食。雞翼尖好飲味，不過肉質略嫌林咗啲。魚片頭比想像中結實，呢隻貨幾好食。豬紅夠新鮮夠爽口。肥牛普通野好彩唔係好肥。陳皮魚蛋都係d正常野啦，個辣汁唔錯。最後佢個豆漿唔係好甜啱晒我。
