近年來川菜館越開越多,今晚和友人就選擇了位於銅鑼灣的巢私厨川菜一試。餐廳裝修古色古香,而且帶點現代感。秘製酸菜鯇魚,湯底鹹甜適中,小辣的辣度剛好,薯粉盡吸湯底精華,煙韌彈牙。油脆皮雞味道鹹香,雞皮香脆,雞肉嫩滑。干鍋有機菜花,菜花新鮮爽脆,鑊氣十足。肉絲炒年糕,年糕的份量很多,肉絲切得夠幼細,年糕和肉絲都吸收了醃菜的鹹鮮味。黃金炸饅頭,饅頭炸得夠香脆, 配合煉奶十分滋味。最後還會送上新鮮果盆,值得一讚。
