星期天與家人在「三小漁」午飯,在用餐環境清雅悠閒下享用精緻美味佳餚。手作糖山冰鎮咕嚕肉~坊間咕嚕肉吃得多,如此擺設精緻仍首次見識,除了睇得,食味更佳,皮脆肉嫩甘香可口,甜酸味道得宜,配角的鮮菠蘿,鮮果味道使食欲倍增,亮麗的手作糖山非常吸引視覺,觸動我兒時的甜蜜回憶!胡椒湯年糕淮山泡蜆~十分新穎又和諧的配搭,濃香醇厚的胡椒上湯,沒有味精的鮮甜味道,也是家的味道,年糕與淮山吸收胡椒濃湯,平凡中突顯不平凡。金菊桃膠燉手工菊花豆腐~是甜美、滋潤和視覺享受的綜合甜品,廚師的細膩刀功,構成漂亮的活動圖畫,除了是我打卡的焦點,也是味覺、視覺享受!
