巨型的北海道帆立貝煎至剛剛熟,口感非常軟綿~以蒜片和辣椒炒的意粉其實很常見,但大廚把這道菜式發揮得淋漓盡致!意粉炒香同時不會太油,最驚艷的是他的味道充滿層次,微辣同時帶點herbs的甘香,實在是太喜歡了🥹✨
