To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然店名字叫飲茶,但店內地方清雅而乾淨,位與位之間空間感夠大。五指毛桃燉雞湯燉湯一d都冇油膩感,除咗五指毛桃,還有紅蘿蔔、雞腳、雞肉,所以飲落好清甜。鴿吞鳳梨可愛鴿子除咗得意之外,外皮有酥軟嘅口感,裡面帶一點微甜嘅鳳梨蓉,可以一啖一口酥。七彩茄子紫色茄子質感唔係腍啤啤,係好爽口,醬汁帶點點甜,茄子夠入味。雞絲拉皮花生醬好香,質感稀杰剛好,拉皮滑嘟嘟,夾埋芝麻同青瓜絲帶爽脆,好香又好味。千島明蝦角蝦角外皮炸得香脆,入口有彈牙嘅蝦肉,蝦肉鮮甜,想豐富味道可以沾上千島醬。螞蟻上樹豬肉碎、辣椒碎、葱蒜粒,令粉絲炒出香味,粉絲每條炒得乾爽,唔油膩又入味,食落辣辣地又有蒜嘅香。乾炒安格斯牛肉河安格斯牛肉,厚切食落有口感,肉質滑又唔韌,河粉炒得均勻入味,炒紫洋蔥同芽菜,除咗爽口之餘,更令河粉增添香氣。芒果布甸布甸入口好香又滑溜,芒果粒甜味,令布甸唔係死甜嗰種。
