呢間餐廳唔單止啲菜色驚喜,連環境設計都唔錯。成間餐廳充滿咗中式元素,但同時加入咗現代設計嘅概念,感覺簡約而高雅,打卡一流,食物都性價比幾高,可能就係因為咁好多人排隊!狀元芋頭煲($88)呢道菜一上枱嗰陣,芋頭香味已經撲鼻而來,真係好吸引!芋頭煲入面嘅芋頭煮到粉糯得嚟唔會散開,每一舊都保持住完美嘅形狀,入口即溶,仲帶有陣陣芋香。底下嘅醬汁濃郁但唔會過鹹,帶少少鮮甜味,呢道菜食落感覺好暖胃,食到停唔到落嚟!三色燒椒杭茄(冷) ($58)呢道菜係冷盤,但味道一啲都唔冷淡!燒椒同茄子切得啱啱好,撈埋一齊食,仲用咗少量秘製醬汁調味,少少辣,清新又開胃,非常適合做前菜。杭椒毛豆炒牛肉($118)杭椒微辣但唔會過火,帶出咗牛肉嘅鮮味,同埋毛豆啲軟糯口感形成咗好好嘅對比。牛肉炒得嫩滑而且唔會過老👍龍井烤雞($138)呢道菜好有創意,用龍井茶葉嚟烤雞,單係聽名字已經好吸引!雞皮燒到金黃香脆,雞肉保持嫩滑多汁,肉入面仲透住陣陣嘅茶香味,呢個係用茶葉烤出嚟先有嘅獨特風味,完全唔會過火,茶香同雞香平衡得非常好😋

狀元芋頭煲($88)
