Akagai 赤貝好新鮮,外層爽脆,肉質嫩滑。中間搭配左蘆筍同蔥絲,食落更加清爽。Shredded Celtuce Salad第一次食用萵筍絲做base既沙律,上面有白蘿蔔蓉仲有鰹魚碎,整體味道比較清淡,好輕盈既前菜。萵筍絲切到好幼身,好似面條咁,食落好爽口。Caramelized Pumpkin 呢到好有驚喜,原先南瓜已經甜,食落口感綿密,再加上外皮焦脆既焦糖衣,好好食。Charcoal Grilled Eel 食呢道個陣好似睇表演咁,上桌個陣會即席用燒熱既備長炭炙燒落白鱔到,充滿炭燒味道。魚肉爽口彈牙,一D都唔腥,而且一條細骨都冇! 魚夠新鮮,基本上唔洗點調味加少少檸檬汁已經好食。A4 WAGYU Cutlet Charcoal Sando吉烈A4和牛係5成熟,油脂豐盈,咬落唔會有筋位,配埋脆口既竹炭麵包,做到外脆內軟。甜品就叫左Matcha Cheesecake 同埋Red Bean Daifuku ,都係好經
