To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食LUNCH 都會經過龍點心,次次都想去食下但每次去到到好多人,想食都食唔到, 今日終於同朋友一齊來飲下茶食包。其實唔好諗住在觀塘呢啲工業區可能夜晚會冇咩人來飯,但其實都一樣咁多人。一籠大滿足啱晒我呢啲一籠可以試晒好多款點心,有酸菜魚鳯眼餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、筍尖蝦餃皇、松露野菌晶瑩餃、鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣等,賣相十分精緻令到我都唔捨得食佢落肚。燒賣賣相都算唔錯、味道都合格唔錯。脆脆富貴紅米腸粉平時食開啲腸粉都係用白米做白雪雪,但呢到的腸粉皮係紅色用上紅米做,唔係到到都有得食架好特別。餡料內有啲好脆的食物,外皮軟內餡脆,口感好特別。
