To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近酒店做推廣，Tiffin 午餐幾乎六折，同男朋友兩個趁放假嚟食返餐。對上一次嚟已經係疫情前，以前幾乎一個月都會食一次。咁耐冇嚟水準依然保持得好好。酒店員工服務亦非常好，見番以前喺度嘅員工仲喺度，仲主動嚟打招呼！食物方面，比起大部份酒店自助餐，選擇當然係少，但係貴精不貴多，每一款都精緻。尤其喜歡Tiffin 嘅 liver pate, 印度station 嘅咖喱（又印度廚師主理）。Live carving 反而有少少失望，雞有啲乾，beef 不錯但冇乜驚喜。雪糕station簡直令人打開第二個胃。試咗佢哋嘅crepe suzette ，個人認為酒味太濃，可以減少啲橙酒。因為係平日，又唔算多，環境清靜，坐窗口位置望到隔籬花園綠茵一片，休閒嘅午餐尚算滿意！
