Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蟹肉露荀意大利飯
聽個名以為係意大利飯,其實不然。用左拆肉蟹加埋切粒露荀,做左「意大利飯」嘅樣,都幾有心思、創意。
唔會好濕,清清地,幾有特色,蟹肉配露荀都比較少食,又爽口,食到有明顯蟹肉。

招牌龍蝦湯
碟都好夠熱,可保持湯嘅溫度。龍蝦湯有香濃龍蝦味,份量唔係好多,夠開胃,質地唔會太杰,亦都冇味精或者開粉感。
裡面有一粒仔龍蝦肉,鮮味十足。

香橙雪葩
食完前菜、湯,中途會提供香橙雪葩,等味覺清新下。味道好似新的濃縮橙汁咁,兩三啖食哂,清清口腔。

香煎銀鱈魚配香蒜車厘茄薄奶油汁
奶油汁茄味香濃,有少少蒜蓉味道。食開銀鱈魚就知道會有陣魚油味,加醬汁會更加香。
鱈魚煎到剛好,魚皮微微脆,煎到一層一層,好滑溜,份量唔多,細細一件,個人認為幾出色

主菜一:香煎法國牛柳
用南瓜、意大利青瓜、甘荀、薏米伴碟,切成小粒,幾特別,口感多樣。薏米仲煙煙un un。
牛柳薄身,細細塊,雖然5成熟,又唔會必哂血水,煎得剛好
size比較細,大食男士未必夠。但味道相當好。

火雞卷比較特別,裡面混合左煙肉、雞雜汁,火雞肉估唔到完全唔鞋口,仲幾香嘅雞肉味,雞雜汁加榛子都冇乜違和感。
