用了意大利肉腸作為餡,配菜上加了花椒汁,識落有麻麻的感覺,再加上冬菇牛肝菌湯,整個菜中西合璧嘅烹調手法令人驚喜!

這道菜嘅構思係來自於牛丼飯,所以加入了溫泉蛋汁,將脆米配A3和牛再加黑松露一齊食,口感豐富,好似真係食緊牛丼飯一樣,但佢嘅層次同味道當然係更上一層樓。

這是一個不得了的甜品,味道係淡淡的普洱茶雪糕,但底層加咗一些脆脆同小麥草,令整個甜品非常清新,而且表面有一層泡令口感更加豐富。
