今次來到尖沙咀食法國菜,餐廳位於加連威老道41C-D嘉威大廈4樓A室。樓上鋪,面積不大,但空間感寬闊,完全沒有壓迫感,看到很多的擺設和裝飾品,別出心裁的裝潢! 有一個露天雅座,讓人可以享受美色的地方。用上有汽的水來serve 客人,好有心思。自家製鵝肝醬配意大利米餅米餅好香脆,入口crispy。鵝肝醬有濃濃的鵝油香,無花果的清甜中和了一下油膩感,達到平衡的效果。伴碟的黑醋同樣有提鮮作用,同時有中和油膩作用。芝士份量控制得非常恰當,芝士碎的濃度與蔬菜、煙肉、麵包粒都很夾,最欣賞當中有煙肉碎,煙肉是半軟半脆的,口感十足。露香滿溢的松露白菌湯,吃得滿嘴生香。湯的質地綿滑具厚度,鹹度調較得宜,菇菌粒帶點咬口,黑松露有畫龍點睛之效,齒頰留香。忌廉味不會蓋過菌香,這湯整體來說鮮香撲鼻,飲完一客也不滯膩。這個香煎法式油鴨脾,雜莓汁其酸甜絕對平衡了油鴨的油膩感,因鴨肉本身醃得入味,所以都不需再加其他調味。皮脆肉嫩,完全沒有羶味,刀也派不上用場,鴨肉已經煮得好鬆化,腍得來又沒有失去肉的咬口。伴以紫薯蓉甜甜的,在口中化開的紫薯泥更是令菜式生色不少。Scallop Pasta意粉煮得軟硬適中,一碟有好多帶子

意粉煮得軟硬適中,一碟有好多帶子肉,帶子肉嫩滑,肉質如絲般幼滑。用上少少的辣椒令意粉帶少少辣,辣度適中,十分醍胃。加上其他香草和調味,我對整碟意粉都好滿意。
