To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京填鴨半隻 - 吃京菜不能不吃有我至愛北京填鴨. 已預先起皮起肉, 半隻填鴨份量不多不少, 四人剛剛好, 不會過膩又可滿足吃填鴨癮. 鴨件比較瘦, 但也滿是油香, 皮肉分佈均勻, 切得厚薄如一, 配上烤餅皮, 京蔥, 青瓜絲, 海鮮醬等, 正宗吃法最令人津津樂道.雖然有點意猶未盡, 但總比太多而吃厭更珍貴.

大娘燒肉餅 - 饀料有豬或羊選擇, 我們不吃羊所以只點了豬肉. 這應該是中式漢堡飽始祖. 以中式飽點外皮加上肉末和蔬菜粒, 口感豐富, 肉餅部份夠入味, 配上清淡飽皮剛好中和味覺, 又夠飽肚感.

午門面青 - 又是一個要估的菜式. 原來是淮山片炒豬肉, 看似平凡, 但吃落不平凡. 淮山片切得很薄, 然後炸至香脆, 配上豬肉條同炒, 加上醋, 焦糖等調味, 入口甜甜酸酸的, 淮山片仍帶有脆意, 估不到平時不被人留意的食材可以製作出如此美食, 有驚喜之作.

胡同刀削牛肉麵 - 刀削面口感滑溜, 但卻非平常吃開帶煙韌的一類, 至於牛肉夠肉味, 亦稔滑沒渣, 湯底夠濃郁鮮香, 只是麵質欠了點嚼勁略嫌失色.

拔絲草莓 - 朋友指定要點, 果然不負眾望. 上菜時賣相先聲奪人, 紅卜卜的士多啤梨粒上繞了鳥巢式的金絲, 相當吸晴, 連不愛拍照的男士們也忍不住拿起手機拍照起來. 這是考技術的功夫菜, 金絲是焦糖, 拉得幼細而濃密. 草莓飽滿多汁, 相當鮮甜, 加上糖絲, 甜美精緻, 金光閃閃, 很有貴氣.

​食物以精緻和用心見稱, 亦很有破格創新的菜式, 吃得到傳統京菜味道, 同時有新鮮感讓人驚喜. 服務亦見殷勤有禮, 就快冬至團年, 絕對可以考慮作為過節飯的選擇, 但記得要預早訂位, 相信預訂可不少呢!
