To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅咖喱香香辣辣,但唔會太嗆喉,即使本身唔係特別嗜辣,辣度應該也能接受☺️ 裏面好多配菜,特別鍾意佢嘅猴頭菇,菇嘅味道唔會太重,但就好有咬口,似係收乾水再炸過,口感賣相都同豬肉好相似,配埋其他蔬菜放入紅咖喱度簡直絕配💯❣️煎餅就係平時會食到印度薄餅,烤得好香口,雖然薄薄地細細塊,但有成六塊咁多,跟埋飯上絕對唔怕食唔飽😂

千層闊麵賣相同平時嘅千層麵冇咩大分別,都係鋪滿芝士焗到金黃,但食落味道都幾唔同,我會話有過之而無不及😍 好佩服廚師嘅創意同心思,鮮豆包食落好有豆香,亦都有微微嘅甜味,同其他餡料非常夾👍🏻 南瓜新薯焗到好香,配埋鮮甜嘅蕃茄醬,真係色香味俱全✨ 唯一係自己唔係太習慣熱食牛油果,覺得口感比較別樹一格😛 成個千層麵嘅味道清新健康,感覺我平時嗰啲咁油膩~

焗蘋果酥皮盒賣相好靚,面頭已經可以見到有一粒粒蘋果,仲有好香嘅玉桂味,加少少隨碟上嘅花奶,竟然出奇地夾😋 唯一係個皮有少少乾,不過加咗花奶後都好好多👍🏻
