To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晚黎左K11 Musea同阿爸阿媽撐枱腳~4人限聚令下既晚飯,我地柯打左以下既菜式:前菜點左海蜇頭,仲有上海菜少不了既小籠包同生煎包,蘿蔔絲酥,釀蟹蓋,主食點左片皮鴨(兩食),螺頭燉湯,甜品係豆沙窩餅小籠包黎講,雖然肉汁並不夠多,但個皮有chewy口感,薄得黎唔易穿片皮鴨亦係一個會再encore嘅菜式, 四個人叫一隻份量剛好,餡皮温度控制得好好,唔會黐埋晒一齊,鴨肉半肥瘦,唔會好多肥膏,食落口感一流整體上食物外觀精緻吸引,味道剛好,不會太油膩;環境服務亦十分好,係一定會再返嚟幫襯嘅餐廳
