位於上環的樓上西班牙餐廳, 雅座別致, 坐位不多, 環境氣氛都是一絕. 每每上來都要提前幾日訂位, 有時仲要訂唔到, 今次終於有緣食到啦~當你訂到位後, 老闆就會透過電郵發個當天功能表比你, 等你自己確認想食D咩; (注意如果WALKIN入來一定冇位, 就算有位都未必有食材預備, 因為老闆都會每日11點左右準備食材, 咁先保持到食材既新鮮)。西班牙菜的主要食材都離不開蒜油同蕃茄, 來個前菜小食, 薯仔沙律蒜油醬, 2個人的份量1人3小粒薯仔試下口味, 薯仔原本是冇味既, 配上香濃的蒜油, 令到D薯仔口感潤滑, ;而且蒜油令整小碟薯仔都充滿油香味;食完前菜, 來料了~, 蕃茄蒜頭多士, 金黃色的香脆多士帶點香蔥, 新鮮蕃茄流出的汁, 令多士變得沒有咁幹身, 蕃茄能增加食欲, 更加醒胃;來一客Portobello, Portobello系咩來架? 原來系一種菇, 面積有一個碗口咁大, 味道有D似草菇, 但比較多菇汁, 好鬆軟. 菇上面於著一隻溫泉蛋, 溫泉蛋熟度剛好, 刺穿蛋, 蛋黃緩緩流出, 滲入菇的底層, 蛋香被菇完全吸收, 菇更加濕潤, 而且口感黏黏的, 富有蛋香;吃完Portobe
