To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城cafe好多都試過,今次就試下南角。入內環境雅致,店內放著輕柔的音樂,與窗外的大雨形成強烈對比,令狼狽的我們放鬆不少。素知南角以揉合傳統食材聞名,那就試下店家星星推介的忌廉腐乳扁意粉。意粉上有3粒中型帶子,份量還可。忌廉帶淡啖腐乳香,係大眾會接受的口味。我和朋友都係選中這份,大家都覺得係正常發揮,不算深刻。咖啡就一般連鎖店出品。我要cappuccino,朋友要Latte。啡底不突出,奶泡還可。每人平均$120,整體而言,想試下新派食物的可以一試。☺️
