To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得學生時代及剛剛投身社會時,非常貧困,致貧原因太多,不想回憶,未敢忘記。不過這階段在我輩朋友當中實屬普遍,用長期糧尾及月光族來形容那時的我貼切不過。想當年的糧尾日子,有時要攤大手板,有時要借貸度日,而勒緊褲頭,吃得Cheap Cheap Cheap 的日子,當然亦常有發生。今日在這裏向年輕一輩推介一間嘅便宜又飽肚的食肆,而且它是一所連鎖食肆,有多間分店可供選擇,它便是南記。南記吃過多次多間,早在香港仔店只得一間店鋪時已開始光顧,起碼二十年了,那時後已經以爽滑魚蛋聞名,我愛它猶過謝記,及後分店越開越多,感覺是湯底及魚肉春卷水平稍稍下降,但河粉及魚蛋仍有高水準,今天路過灣仔決定重温味道。時間為下午約3:00pm,點了招牌湯河加了牛腩及豆漿。招牌河粉在早餐及下午茶時段均賣HK$20份量絶對可以令一成年男士人八成飽肚,有兩粒牛丸兩丸魚蛋及兩條魚肉春卷,河粉份量亦超過半磅,只賣HK$20,份量性價比真的無敵。魚蛋是依然的爽滑彈牙,魚肉春卷有五香粉味,魚肉煙韌,牛丸爽口彈牙有牛味,兩種魚製品及牛丸的質量都屬不俗貨式。粉底滑滑漏,沒有米糠味道,來貨相當好。湯底是魚骨湯而味道可以,喝後不口渴,沒加太

只有牛腩而沒有牛筋,有四五塊,每塊都有一顆牛丸及魚蛋的大小,份量十足,焾滑而且炆得頗為入味。

細豆漿 下午茶時段加HK$3

味淡,豆味不濃,不太甜,只算普通,但以HK$3的售價來說實在沒有挑剔

最後補充: 中午時段這大大碗的河粉也不過只賣HK$25,性價比絶對異常吸引
