阿爸阿媽話聽過呢間酒樓好耐,出晒名海鮮靚,但仲未有一次機會去食,今日就帶佢哋去試吓。前菜有琥珀合桃真係好開心☺️✨糯米炒膏蟹賣相勁吸睛!貼心已經拆好隻蟹,蟹蓋上面充滿着橙黃色嘅硬蟹膏😍吸盡蟹汁精華嘅糯米飯,微微黏口,而且仲有我最愛嘅飯焦,真係食唔停口🤤力推🙌🏻✨黑松露玻璃燒鵝燒鵝好肥美,帶有淡淡黑松露香味,幾特別。個皮好薄好脆,可以蘸酸梅汁或燒鵝汁。✨蜜汁脆燒鱔呢個真係好好味🙌🏻賣相有少少似蜜汁义燒😆鱔皮好脆,鱔肉肥美富油香。蜜汁香甜而且有少許焦香!喜歡嘅仲可以加少少檸檬汁。✨啫啫鮑魚雞「嘩,好大隻鮑魚啊!」我呀爸第一個反應😂真係又大隻又厚身,如果再腍多少少就更完美。雞件都好入味,火喉十足。✨蟹肉菠菜豆腐豆腐炸到微微酥脆,面頭舖上菠菜同埋蟹肉,仲有啲蟹籽,感覺就係平凡中帶點不平凡🙌🏻✨鮮鳳梨咕嚕肉成日食到嘅菜式,反而更考廚師嘅技術。整體酸甜度剛好,咕嚕肉仍然保留外脆內嫩嘅口感。南乳脆香骨炸到好酥脆,南乳味亦好香。如果再juicy啲就理想🙌🏻
