最近周年紀念,就去揀一間海景西餐Chill下,上網搵到呢間Harbourside Grill價錢合理,而且可以睇到滿滿的海景,就訂咗室外座位。環境超靚,八點左右仲可以睇到成個幻彩詠香江,睇晒兔年嘅新年燈飾,打卡一流!嚟到揀咗一份Tasting Menu,另外加多份生蠔同埋意大利飯。FINE DE CLAIRE OYSTERS pickled cucumber, granita gin法國紛迪加蠔 配醃青瓜及氈酒沙冰呢款蠔唔係大隻,但係幾清新,特別加上醃青瓜及氈酒沙冰,柚子等等,令到整個菜式更加refresh,亦同時保留蠔嘅鮮味。FOIE GRASchicken terrine, poached pear, gingerbread法式鴨肝雞肉水煮梨凍肉醬 配薑餅法式鴨肝雞肉凍肉醬鹹香十足,有充足嘅大粒鹽,加上鴨肝肉本身會比較油膩,加咗啲硬淨少少嘅雞肉就中和左口感,配搭香脆薑餅鹹香又開胃;旁邊亦都有梨,減少膩感。SEARED SEA BASScrushed potatoes, lobster bisque鱸魚配薯蓉及法式龍蝦湯我最鍾意佢個法式龍蝦湯,非常Creamy又香濃,另外表面亦都有剛

鱸魚配薯蓉及法式龍蝦湯
我最鍾意佢個法式龍蝦湯,非常Creamy又香濃,另外表面亦都有剛剛好熟的龍蝦肉。除此以外,鱸魚香滑加上底部的薯蓉,一次過滿足湯品及魚的要求。

安格斯牛柳 配奶油菠菜、燉牛頰肉及松露醬
表面有好軟熟嘅燉牛頰肉,非常入味,另外中間有安格斯牛柳,牛香十足;底部就有奶油菠菜,質感除咗滑味道亦香濃。旁邊有個正方形嘅原來係整得表面香脆嘅薯仔,令成件事更有層次。

反烤蘋果撻 配酸奶油及焦糖醬
蘋果批非常香甜,仲有焦糖醬嘅香氣令味道更提升。而且批邊及批底非常香脆,仲有個酸奶又可以中和味道,唔建議落太多。已經好好食了!
